PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Debit, Credit Card, e-transfers, Cheque or Cash. Payment is due at the end of each session. Payment for Group Therapy are due at sign up. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice of 24 hours is required to cancel an appointment.

Providing no notice to cancel your appointment will result in being billed the full session time that you missed.

When no notice to cancel an appointment is provided, it takes away a potential appointment time from others, and also takes away preparation time that could have been used to prepare for another session.
