Couples or Family Therapy $150 Includes GST (5%)

Group Therapy $350 + GST (5%)

IS THE COST OF COUNSELLING COVERED BY EXTENDED HEALTH BENEFITS?

BC Medical Services Plan will not cover the cost of counselling. Many health benefit plans cover it. Contact your extended health benefit provider to confirm that counselling services provided by a Canadian Certified Counsellor are covered.

EAP PROGRAMS

Sandra does work with Employee Assistance Plans (EAP) through ARETE HR Inc. and Blue Cross.

In order to set up services, please contact ARETE or Blue Cross and verify if the billing will be done directly to them.

FIRST NATIONS HEALTH AUTHORITY

Sandra is a provider for Short term Crisis Intervention, Indian Residential School Resolution and the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Debit, Credit Card, e-transfers, Cheque or Cash. Payment is due at the end of each session. Payment for Group Therapy are due at sign up.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice of 24 hours is required to cancel an appointment.

Providing no notice to cancel your appointment will result in being billed the full session time that you missed.

When no notice to cancel an appointment is provided, it takes away a potential appointment time from others, and also takes away preparation time that could have been used to prepare for another session.
